भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या S.O. 1633(E) दिनांक 05.04.2025 के अनुसार, पूर्ववर्ती राजस्थान मरुधरा ग्रामीण बैंक
(प्रायोजक: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक) एवं बड़ौदा राजस्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (प्रायोजक: बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा) का एकीकरण कर एक नई संस्था राजस्थान ग्रामीण बैंक का गठन किया गया है। यह निर्देश दिनांक 01 मई 2025 से प्रभावी हैं |
यह समामेलन, केवल दो संस्थानों का विलय नहीं है, बल्कि दो विशाल अनुभवों, क्षेत्रीय विशेषज्ञता और लाखों मूल्यवान ग्राहकों के सामूहिक विश्वास का संगम है।
राजस्थान ग्रामीण बैंक अब राज्य का सबसे बड़ा बैंक बन गया है, अपनी 1,593 शाखाओं और 9,000 से अधिक बैंक मित्रों के सशक्त नेटवर्क द्वारा राजस्थान के सभी 41 जिलों में व्यापक उपस्थिति है, जो हर घर, हर गाँव और हर ग्राहक तक पहुँचने का प्रयास कर रहा है।
पूर्ववर्ती राजस्थान मरुधरा ग्रामीण बैंक की 718 शाखाएँ मुख्यतः जयपुर, जोधपुर, उदयपुर, बीकानेर, नागौर, डीडवाना-कुचामन, हनुमानगढ़, श्रीगंगानगर, बाड़मेर, जैसलमेर, जालौर, सिरोही, पाली, दौसा, फलोदी, बालोतरा, सलुंबर एवं राजसमंद में स्थित थीं। इसी प्रकार, पूर्ववर्ती बड़ौदा राजस्थान क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक की 875 शाखाएँ चूरू, झुंझुनूं, सीकर, कोटपूतली-बहरोड़, खैरथल-तिजारा, अलवर, डीग, भरतपुर, धौलपुर, करौली, सवाई माधोपुर, टोंक, अजमेर, ब्यावर, भीलवाड़ा, बूंदी, चित्तौड़गढ़, कोटा, बारां, झालावाड़, प्रतापगढ़, बांसवाड़ा एवं डूंगरपुर में संचालित थीं।

With effect from 01st May 2025, as per Gazette Notification No. S.O. 1633(E) dated 05.04.2025, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, the erstwhile RMGB (sponsored by State Bank of India) and BRKGB (sponsored by Bank of Baroda) are amalgamated to form a new entity Rajasthan Gramin Bank.
This amalgamation is not merely a merger of two institutions, but a convergence of two vast experiences, regional expertise, and the collective trust of millions of valued customers.
Rajasthan Gramin Bank is now the largest bank in the state, with a widespread presence across all the 41 districts of Rajasthan by its 1,593 branches and a strong network of over 9,000 Bank Mitras, striving to reach every household, every village, and every customer.
The 718 branches of the erstwhile Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank were primarily located in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner, Nagaur, Didwana-Kuchaman, Hanumangarh, Sri Ganganagar, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Sirohi, Pali, Dausa, Phalodi, Balotra, Salumber, and Rajsamand. Simlarly, the 875 branches of the erstwhile Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank were operating in Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Kotputli-Behror, Khairthal-Tijara, Alwar, Deeg, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, Tonk, Ajmer, Beawar, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar, Pratapgarh, Banswara, and Dungarpur.
